Clive Ward joined the Corps Security Board in September 2007 and became Chairman in January 2010. Clive has held Executive Board roles within Rentokil Initial for over eight years with responsibility across 29 international business units including manned and electronic security. In addition to his non executive role at Corps Security, Clive is a Director of PeoplePlanner Ltd, Managing Director with Titan Brokerage and a school Governor.
