Pat joined the Corps Security Board as a Non Executive Director in October 2010. She is a commercially-focussed human resources professional with extensive board level experience and is an expert at developing and implementing strategies to manage change and meet key business objectives. She has held multiple senior HR positions within large organisations, and most recently served as the Human Resources Director of City Link, the UK’s third largest next day parcels delivery business. Pat is a Trustee/Non Executive Director of City and Guilds and for 10 years chaired the UK Judging Panel for the National Training Awards. She was awarded an MBE in 2003 for services to training.
