SHOWCASE COMPETITION WINNER ANNOUNCED
The Corps is pleased to announce the results of the competition run at this year’s Showcase Exhibition which was hosted at Savoy Place on Tuesday 5th February 2008. The competition was run from The Corps’ exhibition stand and was open to all attendees who entered their business cards into the draw. This year’s winner was David Timms of Mango Event Management Ltd who wins a portable MP3 player after his business card was randomly drawn from all of the entries.
Showcase 2008 is an annual event run by the Westminster Collection, a group of conference, exhibition and hospitality venues. The Showcase provides members with the opportunity to promote their venues to the events industry. The Corps is an associate member of the Westminster Collection and provides security services for a number of the members. The event was attended on behalf of The Corps by Michael Weymouth and Lisa Richards of the Events Department.
