The Corps rebrands to a new corporate identity
The Corps, one of the UK’s leading providers of security and business support solutions, is undergoing a rebrand. From today, August 1st 2008, the company will change its trading name to Corps Security.
The decision to change the trading name and brand was researched extensively with customers and staff to ensure that the long established Corps brand integrity was not lost. Our findings showed that the existing brand and the extensive portfolio of security services available were not well known outside of the core market.
The research showed that customers and staff had a great affinity to the heritage of the organisation and with this in mind the Corps Security branding has retained the Corps name and colour. The crest, which has been part of the company since its inception almost 150 years ago, has been removed from the logo. It will be integrated on all printed collateral as a watermark and will be incorporated onto uniforms and internal resources to retain the strong link to our heritage.
Corps Security also launches a new strap line to accompany the new identity.

The strap line was developed to endorse our dedication to the provision of high quality security solutions, and the professional approach we take to delivering to specific customer needs. All staff at Corps Security pride themselves on working in partnership with our customers and offering a personal service to deliver a tailored solution.

Corps Monitoring Ltd is a subsidiary company of Corps of Commissionaires Management Ltd. We provide CCTV monitoring services to a wide range of customers across many market sectors on an independent basis or as part of an integrated service incorporating manpower and technology.
The CMC operates from a brand new, purpose built and technically advanced facility, which in May 2008 became one of only 20 Alarm Response Centres to have achieved the NSI Gold award for BS8418.
