Corps Security is delighted to add fire and alarm monitoring capability to its monitoring station. The National Security Inspectorate has awarded the Corps Monitoring Centre the NSI Gold standard to accompany the same level of accreditation given for the monitoring services.

With capacity to offer thousands of live feeds from camera’s, fire or intruder alarms and the capability to monitor systems from all major manufacturers, Corps Security is positioned as a leading electronic security solutions provider.

Further investments have been made in the system infrastructure to support the expansion of the monitoring centre, including an Immix system from Sureview, which presents a single user interface for all existing CCTV, Intruder, Fire, Access Control and Lone Worker alarm receiving systems currently in use.

“The system currently interfaces to approximately 130 different types of systems and has significantly increased the business opportunities available to us. The automation of many of the administration tasks that must be carried out by the centre has enabled us to provide clients with an enhanced level of service, plus new features in the product allows clients to log in via the internet and interrogate their own stored CCTV images and logs, remotely. This considerable increase in automation has greatly reduced the risks to the business and at the same time enabled us to provide the customers with tailored reports resulting in an improved level of security awareness.”
