CORPS SECURITY AND KEYWAYS ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE CCTV MONITORING AGREEMENT
Corps Security has announced an exclusive arrangement with Keyways that will see the Manchester based security installation specialist connect all its customers’ CCTV to the Corps Monitoring Centre (CMC).
The landmark agreement between the two industry leaders is driven by a shared commitment to offering the best quality security services to high-end clients. As a result, Keyways is currently transferring all of its existing customers’ remote CCTV monitoring to the Glasgow based CMC.
Commenting on this important development, Keyways’ managing director, Michael Greaves, said, ‘We have used a number of different video receiving centres in recent years but after meeting Corps Security and visiting its CMC, it was clear that we shared a common outlook and ethos. We therefore had no hesitation in developing an exclusive arrangement that we know will ensure our existing customers will receive an even better service in the future.’
The CMC provides third party alarm receiving and CCTV monitoring services to a wide range of customers across a variety of market sectors. Having been recently redeveloped, at a cost of £1.5m, it is widely acknowledged as the leading independent remote monitoring centre in the UK.
Eric Roberts, Corps Security’s CMC business development director, commented, ‘This state-of-the-art facility exemplifies our commitment to innovation and forward thinking. As one of the most advanced CCTV monitoring facilities in the UK it incorporates only the highest specification equipment, which is constantly upgraded. It complements our National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold accreditation, and BS 8418 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications.’
As well as being one of the leading security installers in the north west of England, Keyways is also a founder member of The Nationwide Association of Security Installation Companies (NASIC).
NASIC consists of independent companies that have established local reputations and, by joining forces within NASIC, they have the ability to provide nationwide coverage with a personal and professional service and they too will benefit from the new relationship with Corps Security.
Corps Security’s Eric Roberts, concluded, ‘This is a massive development for the industry and I am delighted that Keyways has been so impressed with the CMC that it is connecting its customers to our CMC exclusively. By combining our expertise and resources we will be able to offer bespoke security solutions to discerning customers and drive up the levels of service in the security sector.’
